About Us: Swiss German University (SGU)
Swiss German University (SGU) was established in 2000 as the first international university in Indonesia. SGU pioneered the implementation of an international curriculum and Double Degree programs with universities in Switzerland and Germany.
Today, SGU offers undergraduate and postgraduate education through three faculties: Faculty of Engineering & Information Technology (FEIT), Faculty of Business & Communication (FBC), and Faculty of Life Sciences & Technology (FLST).
With an international and industry-oriented learning approach, SGU prepares students with global exposure, practical experience, and opportunities to build international academic and professional networks.
SGU also collaborates with industry partners to strengthen practical learning and professional exposure. One of its collaborations is with Bidakara Hospitality through the S1 Event Management concentration, providing students with opportunities to gain industry-relevant knowledge and experience in the event and hospitality sector.
